Refunds Policy
Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15-20 days from the date on which trendtrow.com receives returned goods. In case of prepaid order through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid within 7-10 working days.
In case of cash on delivery orders ,we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you or via UPI transfer. This process will be completed within 7-10 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Please note that Cash-on-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable.
Cancellation policy
An order can be cancelled only if has not been shipped yet. In case you change your mind, you can cancel the product within 2 hrs of order placement. You can send us an email on support@trenrtrow.com with reasons of cancellation or call us at +01135752337 (Mon – Sat: 10 am to 6 PM), and we will help you in cancelling the order.
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 24 hrs to cancel the order. You will be notified of the same by email.
In such cases, the order will be canceled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse (Applicable only in the case where you have raised the cancelation request within 2 hours of order placement)

Standard Home delivery 5-7 DAYS
Free Delivery for orders above Rs 1500.
For Orders below Rs 1500, shipping fee of Rs 110 will be applicable.
Delivery Rules & Restrictions:
We will deliver to the address indicated by you within India.
We can only deliver to a home or office address or a carrier pickup location.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, you agree that the carrier we have engaged for the delivery
may also deliver the Products to a neighboring/nearby address or pick-up point.
After which trendtrow is deemed to have met its obligation to deliver the Products.
Our Carrier Delivery days run from Monday – Saturday. Except on public holiday in the area
in which our warehouse/delivery location is located.
Delivery time varies depending on the type of products purchased, your address and method you choose.
During sale and promotion periods delivery might take a little longer than expected.
The mere fact that a delivery period is exceeded does not entitle you to compensation.
Personalizing a product will take an additional 2 days. For example, by adding a name, number, badge or flag to the product.
TRENDTROW is entitled, insofar as reasonably possible, to make split deliveries so that you receive your Products
as soon as possible.
There are no additional costs associated with such split deliveries. However, in the event that you request that we deliver in parts, we may charge you for extra delivery costs.
In the unlikely event of after entering into the contract of sale, we cannot, could not or can no longer deliver (part of) your order, we will be entitled to terminate the contract of sale.
We will, of course, inform you and reimburse any payments made.
Public holidays & Warehouse closed
Orders placed on or 1 day before a public holiday may take longer to be delivered. So, please expect additional delivery time.
Returns policy
trendtrow offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 1 days of its delivery. You can file the return/exchange only in case of damaged/missing/wrong product. Kindly note that parcel unboxing video is mandatory. You have to raise a return/replacement within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (trendtrow@gmail.com) within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and brown shipping box or unboxing videos with the invoice for our reference.
Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process once the products are received in their original packaging with their seal, labels and barcodes intact.
Special instructions for reverse pickup: The reverse product will be assigned within 24-48 hours and the product will be picked in another 2-4 working days.

After the product is picked along with the packaging box, we will initiate a refund after carefully examining it once received.
Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the amount as per invoice .
The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
In case of one or more defective products in your order, please register a single complaint as the return/replacement will be arranged only once.
A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
Used or open sealed products
In case you change your mind (not liking or not required)
Returned without original packaging including, shipping box, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
Serial Number is tampered with.
Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
Product is used or altered
If request is initiated after 48 hours of order delivery
Free product provided by brand
Products included in the Kit/Set/Combos are not individually eligible for returns or replacement. It will be replaced as a whole only in case of damage or defect.
All Products under Sale or Clearance Section are not eligible for returns or replacement unless an item is received in a damaged/defective condition or you have been sent a wrong product.
